I came across your blog while googling and I thought I should get in contact with you. My name is Yanira Ephraim and I am currently in the process of applying to vet school. I have completed the majority of the requirements to apply except for the personal statement. I have rewritten it multiple times and become more discouraged when I am not able to get passed one paragraph. I would like to know if you have any tips as how you should begin to write your personal statement? I know it is supposed to say why you want to become a veterinarian but that seems to one of the most difficult things to do. I know I want to do this but how can I portray my passion in words? I am open to hearing any suggestions that you might have. Thank you and I hope to heat from you soon.
